Return/Exchange

At Ambre2 by Harsimran Sarai, we strive to achieve the highest quality of tailoring and attention to detail in all our garments. We also work closely with our delivery partners to ensure you receive your pieces promptly and in excellent condition. However, should you encounter any issues with your garment, please refer to our policy below:

Exchange and Store Credit Policy

We do not offer refunds, but your product is eligible for an exchange or store credit under the following circumstances:

  • You received an incorrect garment that does not match the item in your confirmation email.
  • The garment you purchased has a manufacturing defect.
  • The garment is not the right size; it is eligible for a size exchange only, for the same piece.

Please note: Customized garments (size, color, embroidery, etc.) and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

If your garment meets the above criteria, please email us at contact@harsimransarai.com or call us at +91 95923 85070 with the following details:

  1. Order number
  2. Delivery address
  3. Reason for the exchange request, with images if applicable (e.g., defective or incorrect piece)

Our team will verify the defects and contact you for the necessary action. The product must be received within ten days from the day of contact from our team. Please ensure the product you return is unused, unworn, and with the original tags in place.

Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Address

We cannot offer refunds for orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner. If you provided the wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order for a correction, including your order number.

Color Accuracy

We have made every effort to ensure the colors of our products appear accurately on our website. However, due to variations in screens, there might be slight color differences.

Request for Alteration

Please refer to our size chart before making a purchase and feel free to contact us with any sizing questions. We are happy to accommodate size customizations. Email us at contact@harsimransarai.com or call us at +91 95923 85070 to request alterations.

If you need an alteration post-purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the garment, stating the required changes. Courier the garment to:

Upon receiving the garment, we will process your alteration request and send the garment back to you. Please note, any associated courier charges will be borne by you.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be accepted once the order has been placed.
